YWAM Maui's Discipleship Training School outreaches focus on Southeast Asia. As a base, we have committed to a few countries in the area, and return to these outreach locations on a consistent basis so that as a base we can have a long term impact in the places we send outreach teams. Although the exact types of ministries that you will work with varies depending on your outreach location, some of the things DTS teams have done in the past are:
- Friendship evangelism and leading Bible studies with college aged students in large asian cities
- Teaching basic Christianity classes the Kathmandu, Nepal
- Preaching in village churches in the jungles of Indonesia
- Children's ministry in orphanages in Bangladesh
