Join Our Staff

There are multiple staff opportunities here at YWAM Maui.  The major qualification you need before starting the application process is that you must have completed a DTS in YWAM. Here are some of our staff position needs:

• Kitchen Staff
• Maintenance
• Hospitality
• Operations
• DTS school staff
• Worship leaders
• Intercession Leaders
• Communications/web design staff

Our application process is as follows: 

Step 1: Contact Us

Let us know that you're interested in joining us! We would love to talk to you and answer any questions that you might have.

Step 2: Complete an Application

The next step is to complete an application. You can ask us to mail you one or you can download it from our website.  Be sure to have your references promptly complete their forms and mail them in. Your application will not be processed until all your reference forms have been received.

Step 3: Mail in Your Application

Now that you have completed the application, mail it in (make sure you include a passport-sized photo!)

We will be processing your application (after receiving all the reference forms) and praying over it.  We will be in contact with you shortly. If you are accepted, you will then receive an packet from us giving you all the information necessary for your arrival.
